Oh Valentine's Day, what will you bring?

When I got home, I opened the door and there was a candle lit with a Valentine's card, a box of chocolates and a chinese box of love fortune cookies. Tony and I were just chatting, talking about our day as I opened the card and fortune cookies. He said, open all the fortune cookies. So, I did and there was a ring at the bottom. I said, do you have something you want to ask me? He walked over to me, took the ring and got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! I said Yes and he put the ring on my finger. So, we are engaged! No talk of dates! We are taking it one step at a time...Baby, proposal, wedding. :)
Here is a picture of the ring. The ones I took of it on my hand did not turn out at all.

A few new things...

Baby B got a tummy bug from her daddy. She has been sick since Friday. All she has been able to keep down is pedialyte. She is starting to get a little better. I bought her a sippy cup and put pedialyte in it and she drank it all by herself! This morning I tried feeding her rice with a spoon. She was definitely confused on what to do. She just kept pushing it out with her tongue!
Eating from a spoon for the first time!

I've just noticed I need to turn on the lights when I use a video.

Using her sippy cup all by herself!

4 month check-up

We took Brooke to her new doctor today and had her check-up. She weighs 17 pounds 8 ounce, topping the curve on the chart!! She is 26 inches long! He said "Wow, she's a big baby with a big melon!" He is keeping her on prevacid and said most babies outgrow reflux between 6 and 9 months! He suggested switching her back to Similac Advanced and see how that works. Tony is very excited about this because we have a whole box full of that formula! We can also start feeding her non acid fruits such as bananas, pears, apples and peaches! I will let you know how she likes them!
Some things she is doing now
* Sleeping through the night!!!!!!! ( that just started this week)
* Rubs her eyes when she is tired
* Rolls over, sometimes :)
* Loves to stand up
* Started using her ExerSaucer
* Loves Miss Spiders Sunny Patch Friends (30 minutes of quite time for Mom & Dad)
* Eats 6 ounces every 4 hours
* Grabs/touches my face all the time!

Jack rolling around the snow!

While Brooke napped, Tony & I built a little snowman! When she woke up we took her out and she did not really enjoy it. The snowflakes were so big and kept hitting her face!! Jack on the other hand love it!! He went out there and took nose dives in the snow and rolled around for about 10 minutes acting like he was a young pup again!! He is feeling it today. He can barely walk, poor dog!!
