Viva Las Vegas

♥♥♥♥♥♥ 06. 15 . 11 ♥♥♥♥♥♥

WOW!! Vegas... Where do I begin...

Day 1
We got to the airport on Tuesday where we met up with my Dad and Kathie, Brandon and Michelle, and Brandi and Jacob. We all had the same flight. Tony is deathly afraid of flying, so he and Jacob sat together and kept the flight attendants busy bringing beer! I popped a Dramamine and was good to go! The air circulation on the flight was non existent- thank you US Airways. We arrived safely in Las Vegas, got our bags, got a taxi and went to Treasure Island.

I'm pretty sure every tourist was staying at TI because the line was LONG. We waited about 40 minutes to check into our room. They gave us a room number 25025. We went to our floor and searched and searched for this room. We found a phone in the hallway and security had to come up. Apparently there is not a room with this number! So, our real room number was 25050!! When we walked in, this is what we saw... Such a great suite!!

We quickly realized we were not going to have enough time to make it to get our marriage license. We can put that off until tomorrow, right?? Sure, I mean we need it to get married, BUT eating, drinking and seeing Mystere was way more important!! So off we went to eat at Gilley's and see Cirque du Soleil's Mystere, both of which were in our hotel!!!

Mystere was AWESOME!! I definitely recommend seeing it if you visit Vegas! Amazing strength, flexibility and energy!

After Mystere, The guys and girls went their seperate ways. I'm not sure what the guys did, but us girls went to Gilley's for some drinks and ended up staying for a lot of drinks!! I guess this is a good time to tell you that Brandi and Pamcakes were and are still pregnant, so Stefanie Michelle and myself were the drinkers! Somehow the sober ones got us drunk ones to do some pretty fun stuff!!
First, the announcer pulled me up on stage and serenaded me with what I'm sure was a lovely song!

I also sang karaoke for the first time, ever! I can mark that off my bucket list :) How miserable that was!

I RODE THE BULL AT GILLEY'S!! I'm not referring to the shirt I wore when I was 5...

I actually rode the bull!!

Day 2

Our wedding day has arrived!
Tony and I woke up, went and had a lovely breakfast at McDonald's and then went to get our marriage license.
After that, we did a little sight seeing and then went our separate ways. The boys got ready in Jeff's room and the girls in mine. Michelle and I had our hair and make-up done by the GlamSquad! They were fabulous :)

We took some pictures and headed out to the limo. A separate limo picked the guys up first. I was so nervous! The ride over, waiting in the little room to talk to the preacher, and then it was go time!!! The chapel was very small, so I felt a little claustrophobic! When I walked in, I remember Tony telling me I looked beautiful and that is about all I remember. About 15 minutes later, we were Mr. & Mrs. Tony Manning!

We took a few pictures at the chapel...

then headed to the Las Vegas Sign for some more pictures taken by the lovely Nicole!

After that, we headed to Phil's in TI for a yummy dinner!

Michelle, Brandon, Tony and myself went walking around Vegas, did a little gambling and had a blast. I was getting offered tons of free stuff because I was in my wedding gown!!

DAY 3

Tony and I woke up and went to view our pictures at the chapel. After that, we met Jeff, Pamcakes, Michelle and Brandon at Hash House a Go-Go!! YOU MUST GO_GO IF IN VEGAS!!! SOOOOOO yummy. It was on Man vs Food. Here are the pictures of our yummy breakfast!

We went back to our hotel to change for our Flightline Adventure Tony signed us up for. It was Michelle, Brandon, Jeff, Tony & myself. We all stayed at TI and had to make it to Excalibur ( the other end of the strip) in less than 20 minutes to be picked up. We thought walking would be faster, so we skipped on the cab. In every cab ride, we got stuck at every single light and so it made perfectly good since that walking would be faster! Well, we were late; very sweaty & late!! Thank goodness Tony called and we were the only ones the bus was waiting on. We got to Boulder City and got a quick run down on what to do from our instructors and we were off on our mini bus up the mountain!
